Resolve To Have Fun!

With every new year come the inevitable New Year's Resolutions, which usually include at least something concerning health and fitness. Each year seems to brings a new health danger, and we can feel under pressure to do this and not do that. However, it might be best to get out there and do what you enjoy - particularly if it's good for you!
